     I have had a pretty good experience in EME-2040. One thing I like about the classroom experience is working with the people around me. One thing I did not like in the classroom experience is the use of padlet for in class assignments. When I am a teacher, one thing i can do to improve the classroom experience is to heavily incorporate small group activities.

    Open educational resources are free fully accessible learning resources for educators. These resources can be adapted in classrooms to better education.     New skills I acquired from working on assignment 4: PowerPoint information dissemination was using SmartArt. One thing I liked about this assignment was role playing teaching my future class as I am very excited to get into my career. One thing I disliked about this assignment was the difficulty behind recording my audio in PowerPoint. One way I can improve for next time is recording the audio for the presentation and have a better understanding of how to do so in the application.

      While working on Assignment 5: PowerPoint interaction I feel as if I have acquired new skills. One new skill I acquired working on this assignment was creating a game via PowerPoint. I did not know prior to this assignment that educators use PowerPoint to create educational games for their classes. I did not like how difficult this assignment felt. I felt as if it was a a higher weighted assignment but it wasn’t and it had a lot of tutorials to follow.      Data collection tools are very useful for teachers and I think I will use them in the future when I’m an educator.       Copyright and fair use are topics that are important for teachers and students. As a teacher, developing my own instructional materials, I would deal with this concept by avoiding any form of photocopying as I am unclear about my ability to photocopy legally. Also as a teacher, having students create their own work, I would deal with this concept by promoting the same concept of not photocopying to my students and try to clearly explain he difference between copyright and fair use so he students are educated. I have learned how I would be able to protect my rights on my own work through a Creative Commons license.      In classrooms today, there are issues with technology implementation.
